Most companies already have the data they need. It sits in spreadsheets, emails and separate tools, so every meeting begins with someone trying to find the latest numbers.
A good dashboard brings those numbers into one place and updates them on its own. Sales, stock, support tickets and project progress become visible at a glance, and the team spends its time deciding instead of collecting.
- Live Sales Numbers
- Stock At A Glance
- Weekly Decision Views
- One Shared Report
In our Odoo projects we start with five or six questions the management asks every week and build the first dashboard around exactly those, then grow it step by step.
A dashboard is successful when people stop asking for the report because they already looked at it.
Choose a small set of numbers, agree on what they mean, and review them at the same time every week.

Starting from five weekly questions is a great tip. Our first dashboard was far too large.

Clear and to the point. We use Odoo reports and this helped us choose what to show first.
